Redemption & Refunds
Your gift card is redeemable for food and/or beverage at Arnies Restaurant. Treat your card like cash. It will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered, or used without your permission after being received. Only cards with a balance of less than $5 may be redeemed for cash. Larger balances remaining on a card may be redeemed on subsequent visits. Any promotional Arnies Dollars earned with the purchase of a gift card will be sent along with the gift card to the shipping address provided.
If an order has not arrived at the shipping address within 14 business days of the order date, the purchaser should notify us by calling 425-293-0319. Customer’s have the option to issue a replacement gift card, or refund the order in question.
Shipping Details
All USPS shipments must be to addresses in the United States. All orders are subject to a verification process, and any information that does not verify with your financial institution may cause delay or prevent processing. Arnies is not responsible for orders that are not delivered because incorrect shipping information was provided in the ordering process.

In addition to obtaining your personal information, Arnies also gathers tracking information such as your IP address, browser type, and most popular web pages visited. We do not collect any personally identifiable information from you in this manner. We use the aggregate information to better serve you by continually improving the content of our website.

You may review and request changes to any personal information you have provided to us on-line. Simply e-mail our corporate office and we will make the requested changes.
