Arnies Pit Roasted Salmon*

Lightly smoked, then flame grilled with lemon beurre blanc and fried capers. Garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Salmon fillet and a skewer of prawns and sea scallops grilled with citrus butter.

Northwest Seafood Fettuccine

Sautéed prawns, clams, mussels and fresh fish in a Parmesan cream sauce.

Green Coconut Curry (Mukilteo Only)

Asian vegetables and spicy curry, coconut rice, fresh mango and cashews.  With either chicken, prawns or edamame and vegetables.

Cashew Crusted Alaskan Cod*

Fillet breaded with cashews, lemon and Japanese breadcrumbs, pan fried and served with roasted onion tartar sauce.

Vegetable Ravioli (Edmonds Only)

Spinach ricotta raviolis, pesto cream sauce and fresh garden vegetables.

Fish & Chips

Alaskan cod panko breaded, served with coleslaw and roasted onion tartar sauce.
